Financing for our projects includes tax-exempt bonds, low-income tax credits, capital fund leveraging and conventional banks loans in partnership with tax credit developers with extensive experience in assisted living projects in the United States.

We are currently under contract with US Housing and Urban Development (USHUD) to create a partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to provide support and facilitate public housing assisted living projects throughout the United States.
